Due Fontane (Italian for “Two Fountains”) is a brand with a family foundation-rooted in our shared heritage, kinship and the unwavering bond of brotherhood and belonging.   Our ultimate focus is to provide world-class Cabernet Sauvignon sourced from two namesake American Viticultural Areas (AVAs):  Alexander Valley and Napa Valley.

The secret to these exceptional wines lies in the unique microclimates of Alexander Valley and Napa Valley, which perfectly facilitate the ripening of Cabernet and other Bordeaux varietals. The two valleys are lively geological areas featuring ancient volcanic activity and fault zones that expose a diverse mixture of river loam, light clay, and iron-laden volcanic soils. When combined with warm days, cool nights, and foggy mornings, this environment provides the exact nuances needed to achieve full physiological maturity, resulting in wines that boast dense varietal characteristics, balanced fresh acids, and a lasting structure.
